From my first call to his office to the conclusion of my case, Brad was fantastic. He was honest and respectful. I would recommend Brad to anyone without hesitation.
Brad's extensive experience was apparent. He was able to review my incident and medical files and extrapolate a favorable settlement with the insurance company. One well beyond my expectations based on conversations I had with other attorney's I interviewed. I selected Brad based on his reputation and was not disappointed. He is straightforward with his assessments and handled my case in a highly professional manner.
Him and his firm have taken care of all my issues with integrity and professionalism
Brad is an excellent lawyer and I would highly recommend his firm. He has handled several matters on my behalf and I am extremely happy with the results! Brad has also provided me with excellent referrals to other lawyers for matters that are best handled outside his firm. He has saved me a lot of time and money!
I chose Mr. Cundiff to represent me when Social Security had denied my disability claim for the second time. He helped me through my appeals process, keeping me informed about all aspects of the case. He and his staff were extremely easy to communicate with, and returned calls as quickly as possible. He took personal interest in my case and I always felt he had my best interest at heart. In March, we were prepared to go to trial, but on the day of the hearing, his office notified me that the judge had granted my disability that morning! I believe his input in my case helped that to happen. There have been a few minor issues since then with the process, and he continues to be very helpful in resolving them. All of the support staff that I have communicated with during this long ordeal have been exceptionally efficient, cordial and concerned about my case. I never felt that my questions, or problems were considered too small or irrelevant. i was always treated with respect. I highly recommend Bradley Cundiff in a dispute with Social Security on Disability Benefits.
The office was real nice in the begining, I didn't receive a large amount on my injury, so they didn't either. I signed the check from the company on the 1st of June '16 in the morning, told it would take 5 days for it to clear. I asked if I would then have to wait for their check to clear when they write it to me after the one clears in their bank, they said no, so it must be a cashiers check(I don't know yet) So now, on 10 June '16 , no one will return my call as to where my check(for my injury)is. No one in the office today. I've left many calls, first time on Wednesday talked to Ciera and she said would call me back, then when she didnot call back found she had left office. Kept calling yesterday and today, its funny how I don't even say who I am and they say there is no check waiting for me, and no one in office to talk to.
