Throughout my legal career I have been presented with many opportunities to assist persons through difficult and complex matters.When representing clients in a dispute I understand that litigation often involves goals of efficiently resolving a dispute, while holding others accountable for their actions. With that in mind I strive to strike a balance between these two interests, and reach a positive result for all of my clients; whether that result is a settlement or final court order.With regards to transactional matters, I know that clients need to consider practical and business implications in addition to a black and white legal considerations. With that in mind I try to focus on not only providing legal advice but also providing practical counsel.I was raised in a farming community and know the value of hard work.  I believe those values have carried over into my legal practice. When I am not at the office, you will likely find me in a park with my wife and kids.
