My father started working with Brad back in 2010 and our family has been with him ever since. We trust him and we find confidence in his advice and counsel. In 2010, Brad worked closely with my father to create and structure estate documents to meet his needs. Brad's thoroughness helped my father and us through navigate the estate processes. We are extremely satisfied with Brad's guidance, services and professionalism (and compassion) over these last 10 years.
Mr. Coppedge represented me in an Estate matter. I can’t express how helpful he was through out the process and how hard he worked to help resolve the extremely complicated estate. Great Attorney, great representation!!
Brad helped us with our last will, living will and power of attorney documents. He is very knowledgeable and was easy to work with. His explanations and suggestions were very helpful, he was very professional in his manner and his work gave us peace of mind. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends and family.
Not only has Brad handled all of our Estate, Trust, and family planning - he has been our corporate business lawyer for several years. From sales & acquisitions, corporate structure, to taxation planning - his expertise is highly valued by our team. Rest assured you are in good hands. Highly Recommended!!
Bradley was recommended by a local attorney who is well known and trusted here in Columbus I was told he would have the experience, knowledge, and personally to handle my personal and business issues. Bradley met with me, we discussed the issues concerning our buy/sell agreement and the insurance policies to fund this agreement. I was impressed as to how knowledgeable he was, and how well he handled himself. i left all the documents concerning the issues and we agreed to another meeting. At that meeting he had found a flaw in the verbiage in our buy/sell agreement. The opposing attorney was using this verbiage in an attempt to collect in excess of 400,00.00 dollars, After Bradley was retained, he moved forward with the plan he had proposed. He was able to draft letters in our behalf and argue his points with a stern and well defined personality. He is a good person and a champion in his profession our company and family will be forever grateful. He is and will forever be a leader in our community.
Brad represented my siblings and I when it became necessary to appoint a guardian and conservator for an aging parent with diminished capacity to make decisions in their best interest. Brad was very knowledgeable of the legal process and explained each step in terms we could understand. He was professional and very responsive to our questions while also being supportive and compassionate during this emotionally difficult process.
I have used Brad to assist both my clients and myself numerous times over the last five years. While his staff has always been timely and professional, the main reason I continue to use Brad is the knowledge and perspective that he brings to each situation. Instead of producing generalized documents, Brad actually takes the time to obtain a clearer picture of what all parties are truly trying to accomplish, in both the short and long term. Based on what he hears, he has always come back with several relevant issues or potential scenarios that we did not know to even think about. Quite often the solutions to these issues are outside his field of practice and addressing them benefit him in no way other than ensuring he does the best job he can for each of his clients. In a complex profession where even the simplest of errors can literally cost a family their fortune, having someone like Brad is invaluable. Brad and his staff are very competent and qualified in their respective fields, but just as important, they are very good people.
I had known Brad for many years as a friend. My life took a real turn several years ago with the loss of my wife and my own life threatening illness. My friend became my attorney and helped me set up a will, power of attorney, and a living will. He was very helpful with his suggestions, very professional in his manner and his work gave me peace of mind. I would recommend him to anyone that wants things done right in a courteous and friendly manner.
Brad was wonderful to work with from start to finish. I was very confused and uncertain as to how everything should be handled. He explained things clearly and set my mind at ease. He is very extremely knowledgeable, personable as well as responsive. Again, he was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him.
I have hired Brad repeatedly over the past 20 years through a variety of topics and issues. He is always insightful and provides solid advice and clear paths to resolution. Brad's experience is expressed in his innovative ideas where simple answers or solutions are not available. All of Brad's exceptional work is shrouded in professionalism and values that make him unique at his craft. Brad Coppedge is a first class attorney that I highly recommend.
