Communication between a lawyer and his client is key. With Brad it is just about non existent. I think that he wants me to fire him. But I have already paid him all the legal bills that he has sent me and would want my money back. He doesn't have a strong case if any to get court approval and resign since I am not delinquent in my payments to him nor have I committed any fraudulent acts.
