I hired Brad Berfus to represent my son that had 10 DMV summonses. I contacted 3 other attorneys previously and they were unwilling to take his case because it would be a waste of money, there is nothing they can do, but get a settlement because that is what the court will always do. I was in desperate search of a traffic lawyer after been having 9 points on my drivers license, facing an additional 7 points due to 3 tickets, I finally decided to take care of 6 months after the infraction.
