Brad helped me in a personal injury case. It was a daunting experience. I was very happy to meet Brad. He put me at ease and went to work straight away to help me get the settlement that I deserved. He persevered and I am sure spent hours researching case law in order to prove our argument. I would never go to another attorney. Brad is the best and makes you feel like family.
The work completed was done professionally and competently. He had a clear understanding of our goals and did a fine job of navigating the process to a successful conclusion. I will use him again should the need arise.
Brad has represented me in three different matters over the past eight years (zoning, potential criminal case, and divorce). This latter arena was actually in an area of law that was fairly unfamiliar. Yet after some persuading, he agreed to handle the case. I knew that, even though this was outside his wheel-house, he would utilize the same diligence and preparedness as always. By the end of the matter, he not only achieved the best outcomes on my behalf, he astounded attorneys who had practiced in this field for a while, with his strategy and approach. Through the years he has not always said what I have wanted to hear, yet has always provided very insightful counsel. In addition to providing top notch legal knowledge and understanding, he pays attention to the details, and communicates with a client during each step of the process. What is most remarkable, however, is Brad's desire to practice law well, and achieve fair outcomes, while trying to keep costs manageable for the client. If legal representation is needed, it's important that one receive counsel from someone they can trust and know is working on their behalf. Brad will never disappoint, and a client will feel well supported by his efforts.
Sullivan did an excellent job with my case. He was very knowledgeable and professional in all areas of the law. He got the job done and as did it right.
I had one of my family members go to Mr. Sullivan when I actually was working with the other attorney in their office. Everyone was always so kind and made sure we understood everything. Mr. Sullivan listened to all our needs and kept us updated as well.
Brad was recommended to me by another lawyer. He was clearly interested in my problem and reflected back to me accurately what my concern was. He helped me look at options, carefully explained the process if I wanted to continue with litigation as well as what I could do on my own. Thanks to his help I was able to resolve the problem without further need of his assistance. I would recommended him to other clients and would return to his practice if I need help in the future.
Brad is an excellent attorney and cares about his clients. He is methodical, systemized and gets results. I recommend him every chance I get.
Brad handled everything when I acquired my business. He reviewed the proposed agreement and pointed out some changes that would remove certain disadvantages to me. He dealt with the state department of revenue services to straighten out sales taxes issues and bulldogged them for almost a year until they finally resolved it. Subsequently, I have used him for personal legal issues as well as advice and counsel on dealing with collections. He can be tough, but he cares about getting things right for you.
Mr. sullivan has been advising my family for years without leading us wrong. We trust him like he is part of the family
Let me first start by saying, I am NOT a fan of lawyers. I had gotten myself into a bind and had only a week to hire an attorney. I had looked online for lawyers and was overwhelmed with how many were "specialist's" in the field for what I was dealing with. I talked to some on the phone, mostly to their "legal experts". I was told from them that It was no problem, cut and dry if you may say. Oh yeah, I forgot, every single lawyer I called told me not to forget my checkbook. I was a wreck, I was feeling my future go right down the tubes. Sullivan's office was my 6th phone call. His receptionist had me at ease in 45 seconds and put me on the line with Bradford. He asked me to come in when I could and did not keep me waiting when I got there. Bradford was just a regular guy and kept eye contact with me the whole time while I explained my situation. That meant a lot to me. He spent the next hour and fifteen minutes going over my options and then let me decide. His price was more then fair, kept in contact with me, and met me for my court date just like he said he would. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood the whole process. In short, if for some reason you find yourself in a bind and do not know what to do, call Bradford. You will be in the right hands. On a side note, I felt good having Bradford by my side in court, there were sooooo many unprofessional lawyers in that court room, that I felt really sorry for the people that hired them to represent their case. Bradford did what he said he would do and made the bind I was in a heck of a lot better then I expected.
