Tyler James Balding, Esq. is an alumni graduate of George Mason University School of Law. His first years as an attorney were spent with the Institute of International Banking Law and Practice where he specialized in matters involving commercial fraud. He worked with Catholic Medical Mission Board and the Catholic Diocese of El Obeid as a hospital administrator and advisor during the split of Sudan into two nations and the resulting armed conflict.
