I met Bo as a 3rd recommendation from other attorneys. They told me he was the man for this case. I retained Bo and right from the get he was in my face honest and told me a likely outcome. He's a regular guy that explains the law jargon in plain English. I was involved in a suit case and I only had a certain amount to settle the case. His tactics were hard for me to understand at times but in the end case settled for the amount I told him was available to me. HE NAILED IT! Hard worker cares about his clients and takes time to explain processes. Hard to find someone like Bo these days that actually has the motivation, knowledge and drive to solve my problem. I would recommend Bo, and as a matter of fact already have, to anyone with a litigation issue like mine. Thank you Thank you Thank you!
Bo was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Always returned my calls. He even met me downtown at the courthouse with less than an hours notice. And we prevailed in our case. I highly recommend Bo Caudill.
I hired Bo to help me with an issue pertaining to both pay and some questionable monitoring practices of a former employer. He was able to achieve a very satisfactory outcome for me in the case. Bo is extremely straightforward and easy to work with. I would certainly reach out to him in the future if a situation arises. Highly recommended
My company google searched for collections attorney's and Bo's name popped up with about 3 others. Out of those candidates we narrowed it to two people. Bo's follow-up and insistence to meet with my team face-to-face let us know he is an attorney that will work for us. Our first impressions were correct and we were rewarded with a relationship with a person who is an extension of our organization. Anyone looking for a thorough, prepared, and professional attorney, Bo Caudill is your man.
Short overview before I get into the full story: I hired Bo at the last minute and he completely took control of my situation and got the best result I could have gotten. There's no way I would have been able to do what he did for me on my own. I would probably still be in court on my own if it wasn't for him, even though I had done everything a reasonable person acting in good faith would have done in my situation. Full story: I was in a sticky situation where I had purchased a home but allowed the seller's son and wife stay there a little while in order for them to line up a place to move to. I had tried to be understanding for their situation, but I later learned that they had been abusing my kindness all along. After multiple move out arrangements that I had worked out with them that they failed to adhere to, I filed eviction on them. They hired a defense attorney and I worked out a settlement agreement with their attorney where they were supposed to move out by March 31. Coming up on the date they hadn't made any apparent effort to comply so I knew it was going to get ugly and the way their attorney was acting, I knew I needed some help. After 2.5 weeks emailing with a different attorney (not Bo) and feeling like I was getting the run around, I was scrambling to find another attorney in time for the hearing on April 5. I remembered that I had seen Bo in court previously and was so impressed by him then that I got his card after his hearing was over. I frantically tracked down that card and called him up, relieved he would meet with me the next day and would be available for my hearing in 4 days! Looking back I am so so so glad I hired Bo. I had other attorneys look over my 4 page "history of events" without actually talking with me and quoted me less, but I'm glad I went with my gut and hired Bo instead. Once we had the consultation I just had to send him all my documents, answer a couple of questions via email and Bo took care of everything else. What he did in and out of court with the defendant's attorney - I wouldn't have even begun to know everything he brought up in my case. Maybe everyone who goes to court could say that, but I'm a landlord that has gone to eviction court on my own many times with no issues (that's what I was in court for when I saw Bo in action and got his card the 1st time). In short, I got the best result possible. I got judgment for possession and didn't have to pay them any additional money in the settlement agreement because the defendant hadn't complied with their portion (moving out). Bo discussed the options I had at every step of the way with ease - going into the hearing, after speaking with the defendant's attorney, and after the hearing. But the story doesn't end there. Their attorney emailed the next day making the most ridiculous demands "or my client is willing to let this play out" and despite the fact that technically his representation of me had ended per our contract, he sent back the most awesome email ( I wish I could past it into here) that essentially said " you have no leverage, no options, your client is at fault, and if you push this further, we'll get sanctions against you. In short, I would hire Bo again in a heartbeat. He knows what he's talking about, he's an excellent litigator, his fee was reasonable, and he really worked in my best interest the whole time.
