When I was growing up, I heard this statement quite often from people who were taking advantage of me or my family, “Sue me.” I grew up on the other side of the tracks, and what these people understood was that I could not afford to retain an attorney. Because of that, they knew they could take advantage of me or my family. I decided at a young age that if I could not afford an attorney I would become an attorney. I wanted to be the type of attorney that would help others through many of the obstacles I faced growing up.That is the reason my main focus is on Protecting YOU from THEM! Whether it’s protecting you from an insurance company taking advantage of you when you’re injured, or protecting you from someone who has not kept their word, or protecting you from an over-zealous court system, my desire is to fight for you when you’re unable to do so yourself.My promise to you is that you will get a tenacious attorney that will not settle for mediocre outcomes. I promise to walk with you through every step of the process. I promise to be a hands-on attorney. I like to sit down with all of my clients and talk to them firsthand. I strive to be accessible to all my clients. You can call and talk to me when you have a legal question about your case. I could not sing praises high enough for Billy. Not one time did I feel as though he was not considerate of me or my situation. Going through this time and having to relive my car accident all over was very tough. But Billy put his confidence in me and that allowed me to get through the ordeal. He worked diligently on my case and he found avenues to take that I had not thought of. He made sure the defendant's attorney had all of my facts. He was prepared to go to battle for me and it showed in his representation. When he spoke for me to the defendant's attorney, he spoke as though he was living it. He provided detail as though I was telling the story. His experience and his will to do what he can for me and other people is a characteristic that too many attorney's lack.
