BJ performed flawlessly, continually keeping me abreast of developments as they occurred, patiently explaining options in clear, concise language which was easy to understand. She was always easy to contact, prompt in returning phone calls and emails, never too busy to give me her attention when I needed to speak with her, always willing to answer my questions, listen to my suggestions. In my experience, you really can't buy this kind of responsiveness, you can only count yourself exceedingly lucky if you happen to stumble across it. And if you then happen to combine it with an exceptional level of competence and dedication, well, you've just hit the jackpot. That's how I feel about BJ. Except when I look at her bill, it feels like I've been shopping at Walmart. It doesn't seem fair. What can I say?
