In my case, it took over eight months (seven from when I retained Betsylew.) I was in an MVC and there were going to be multiple insureds’ policies to deal with. She was a demonstrably fierce negotiator with both insurers and through experience and tenacity was able to obtain a limits settlement on both policies. This means that she obtained the maximum amount of funds that each insured’s policy had stipulated in their respective PIP coverage. This result exceeded my expectations. It ensured that my medical costs (special damages) were completely covered now and in the future and provided a safety net in the form of general damages- up to the limits of each insured’s policy. Her keen insight and base of knowledge is impressive and I thoroughly enjoyed working and communicating with Betsylew.
