I had the pleasure of meeting Emily in court for a dui court costs dismissal.I live 3 hrs from Nashville and upon arriving,my name was not on the docket for that day that I was told to be there by her superior.She was courteous enough to track down the Public Defender that was to file my paper work,only to find out that He had 'forgotten' Sheesh!!! In between breaks,she retrieved my file,and filled out the necessary forms so that I could proceed to go in front of the Judge.Of course ,I had to wait since I was added on to the docket.I was very thankful she took time out of her already hectic schedule to assist me.

I had some serious felony charges and had some items seized. In the end Emily did an awesome job and I walked with minimal probation and got my prized possessions back! If you need a lawyer you'd be making a huge mistake by not hiring her!shes in the loop with the right people in the court system. Not to mention she is very pleasant to talk with and always answered my calls or called me right back when I needed to talk to her.

While visiting Nashville I was arrested for DUI. I am from out of state and Ms. Todoran was recommended to me as being extremely competent. Tennessee has a zero tolerance regarding DUI. I drive for a living and faced what appeared to be insurmountable issues. I was not drunk, Ms Todoran viewed the police video and agreed. She informed me that the assistant District Attorneys who were assigned to my case were not very creative and so she circumvented them and pleaded my case directly with their supervisor. The outcome was beyond all expectations of what I was led to believe would be a best case scenario. I am required to do community service which when completed will erase all record of my arrest. I am thankful beyond compare for the outcome Ms. Todoran accomplished and would highly recommend her.

Emily worked with my son Jerome then worked with me as a witness. I live out of town and she kept me up to date via email and text. She worked above my expectations and I thank God for her. Now I can truly say that I trust this lawyer. Emily I thank you my son thanks you and may God continue to give you favor in your career.

Wow! Let me just say that Emily is as good as they come. She has a strong report with the DA's, Judges, and Probation Officers. I was facing losing my freedom for a very long time and hence my Child, Employment, Home, Everything. Emily was not only able to get all 5 of my charges dropped, but she also ensured that they would be permanently removed from my record. She is hard working, thorough and takes all the extra steps necessary to ensure the best possible outcome for her clients. I hope I never need to call her again, but if I ever have a need for another lawyer she is the obvious choice.

As an offender I have had my share of involvement with Attorney's,D A's,Para Legals and the Judicial system as a whole. It is my opinion that Attorney's especially appointed ones act for lack of a better word "Robotic". My opinion has changed drastically due to one special Counselor by the name of Emily Todoran, Ms Todoran from the first time we spoke showed me respect, compassion, efficiency and an sincere interest in my life, my plans, and my future. I think if there were more Attorney's like Ms Todoran the whole country would benefit in regards to recidivism among other things

I can Honestly say; when looking at her at first glance, you may think this little lady could not be intimedating but she Can! She is very Educated of the Law and holds a Professional attitude through out your entire Case load. Too often these days you hear about how most lawyers are insensitive to clients needs and are just "in it for the check." This is definitely not the case with Emily. Not only does she take time to understand everything she can about the case and clients involvement, but she aggressively and passionately fights for her clients without hesitation. I first observed Emily in action when testifying as a witness for another case. I was immediately impressed. Her tenacious attitude and refusal to take no for an answer was extremely admirable. Shortly after I recieved a charge myself, I was pleased to learn that I would be represented by Emily herself. During my case, she showed superior confidence and ingenuity.
