Bernadette was a God send to me in my divorce. She was compassionate, caring and quickly secured my divorce from my ex-wife, who was manic at the time and spending us into bankruptcy. She went over everything so I thoroughly understood the situation and documents. I highly recommend her.

She's a very nice person but is not concerend with her clients best interest. Her communication and responsiveness is unexceptable. She represented me in a divorce case and she let the opposing attorney write the decree and did not review or ammend for fairness like she said she would do. She's made multiple mistakes in court that has effected me in the long run. She gave me the run around during my custody hearing screwing me out of time and money and the task is still not complete. She's very social when you get to court with her peers and judges and totally forgets about her clients.

she can never keep track of your case or return a phone call. she is very unprofessional and her secretary never know what is going on. i am very disappointed with her. she took her sweet time to get anything resolved in my divorce case. Bernie does not have a conscience or shows any empathy.
