Ben Evan founded his legal practice, the Law Office of Ben Evan, in 2008. Located in Suitland, the firm represents clients in personal injury and criminal defense claims. Mr. Evan received his B.A. from Purdue University before earning his Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School. Prior to opening his own law firm, Mr. Evan worked as the Assistant State’s Attorney for Charles County, MD from 2005 to 2008. He has won many awards for his legal services, including being recognized on the annual The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers list for eight consecutive years and counting. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association, and Maryland Association for Justice.
