Having practiced in the fields of intellectual property and privacy online for his entire career, Ben has defended the rights of clients – both in the US and around the globe.  After graduating from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and spending time as a post-graduate with Stanford's Center for Internet and Society, Ben cut his teeth as a litigation and transactional associate with Vogele & Associates PC.  He co-founded Ridder, Costa & Johnstone LLP to provide businesses, non-profits, and individuals with creative and cost-effective legal solutions to the problems they face when dealing with technology, new media, and the arts in the global marketplace of ideas.
