I hired Mr. Wang to handle my family immigration cases from Africa, and did an amazing job of advocating for my family until all the seven of us successful settled in Oregon.

Mr. Wang helped us apply for adjustment of status and he was very thorough in his work and explanation to us. He made sure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision possible and kept us informed throughout the process. His staff is also extremely helpful and friendly.

Being a former police officer of many years and a court advocate for abused children and being a long time last Will and Testament Admimstrator I have had so many dealings with Attorneys in the USA and in Asia, I can truthfully say that I have never had the extreme pleasure of dealing with such a calm, gracious and knowledgeable attorney such as Attorney Wang in all of my 78 years of life and this review includes his Assistant Maria.

Benjamin was a god send to my family. He was very personable and professional. I loved he was always "no to far away". Yes he gets busy but he will get back to you in a timely manner..

Benjamin was very clear since the beginning of the steps and costs it would take to get for my wife to get her residence. He and his staff was very helpful and didn't take long at all to get all the papers going and get the residency.

If you are looking for a good immigration lawyer, look no further. Mr. Wang did an excellent job finding the facts about our situation before letting us know what our options were. Our situation was different than any Mr. Wang had worked on before, as it included a foreign adoption that was not compliant with the Hague Convention. Mr. Wang spent many hours of research to give us answers. He then charged us the price he originally quoted before he knew that he would spend much more time than he had originally thought. We would highly recommend him and would happily use him again in the future.

Patient, respectable, and personable describes my legal experience with Benjamin Wang. He provides checklists for me and is very responsive. Before my interview for my wife's green card, he took the time to have conversations with us to relax and enjoy our time. I recommend Benjamin Wang.

Mr. Wang's experience as an immigration lawyer was evident from the beginning of our conversations with him. He demonstrated thoughtfulness and an ability to listen to us about whatever point we had concern. He was diligent in responding to our emails and timely in all paperwork concerned. We were satisfied with his service and would recommend him to others. If I were forced to find one area in which he might have helped us more, it would have been with regard to the process of obtaining a social security number for my wife. It seems that what the social security office was informing us and what Mr. Wang was suggesting were two different things. I have purposefully written the word 'seems' into the preceding sentence because it may well be that I had misunderstood something about issue. But, even if Mr. Wang were misinformed about how we might have obtained my wife's social security number, we're still very pleased with his service; and, due to his attention to detail, I'm sure he'll handle this detail masterfully in the future. To be more specific, Mr. Wang asked us to add my wife to my bank account although our bank was clear that a social security number was necessary in order for us to do this. Once my wife received her work permit card we did not know we could then go and ask for a social security number from our local SS office until roughly a week from the date of our appointment with the USCIS. When we went in the SS office employees there informed us that they could not give us a SS number until the USCIS approved their request. So, it seems that either we were confused regarding our instructions about obtaining a social security number, or that Mr. Wang had not detailed the proper means of doing so. Once again, at the risk of repetition, this was a minor detail in the larger scheme of things. We have no complaints of the service we received, and are grateful for it. There were no issues at all with the massive amount of paperwork that Mr. Wang sent to the USCIS. There was nothing rejected. The entire process, from our first meetings with him until finally obtaining the green card for my wife, were all explained by Mr. Wang, and the results were just as he said they would be. He was quite informative about the entire process and very good at leaving nothing to chance, and leaving no question unanswered about the process. Frankly, I ought to mention that my wife and I are somewhat suspicious of lawyers in general, each of us having some negative experiences with some of them in the past. However, Mr. Wang's conduct and treatment with us was entirely professional, ethical, and fair, and we're very pleased with this.
