Mr. Johnson was calm, understanding and most of all listened when I needed him to. I remember at least twice when I called him because I was ready to give up and be finished with all of it, and Mr. Johnson listened to me rant and rave, then calmly reminded me of the process and encouraged me to hold on and NOT give up. Mr. Johnson's assistants were also very helpful and kind. I'm sure they were probably tired of me at times, but if they were, they were friendly about it and helped me tremendously with filling out paperwork and just answering questions. Mr. Johnson was very professional and organized. When we went back to court, I was very impressed with all the facts and proof Mr. Johnson had received and had prepared for the judge. I was more relaxed than I had been in the many years before. When I say that, I mean that. My first court was a nightmare. When Mr. Johnson came in with 2 briefcases and started going over everything before court, I felt like a million tons had been lifted off my shoulders and I KNEW I could rely on him. He was amazing! I highly recommend Mr. Benjamin Johnson. People do ask me who I used for an attorney, and I tell them Mr. Benjamin Johnson, and their response is "oh wow, really? He's suppose to be real good", and I quickly reply with "there's no 'suppose to be', he is". I have been so proud to have an attorney to stand for me and defend ME. He made it about me and took care of me. If we have to hire an attorney, it's because we need to prove something about ourselves and HE, Mr. Benjamin Johnson, did exactly that.

Mr. Johnson is very helpful with workers compensation and social security. If I needed him again I would hire him. I would refer him to anyone I come across in this type of need family or friends. I couldn't find a better and more respectful lawyer.
