Im Extremely Satisfied with the work I received from Benjamin Janssen. I reached out to Mr Janssen after obtaining a speeding ticket in Kcmo. I explained that I would like to get the ticket amended and He took care of everything. For my situation, I did not have to appear in court and I paid all my fines online. All my questions were answered Prompt and all contact was done over the phone and email. Simple, Fast and everything went in my favor.

No integrity. Failed to inform us that he was going to take a leave of absence and didn't even show up nor did anyone else from his office. didn't file a entry of appearance until 30 days after he received money from us . Actually think he was cause of bond revocation. Did not return my calls promptly if at all . did not answer my questions . did not do any of the things he said he was going to do . Laid down like a dead dog during the sentencing and again didn't do anything he said he was going to do . didn't share any letters of testimony nothing. I think he was in on the setup. Thinks he worked hard to get it plea agreement. But it was the same plea agreement that the public defender gave from the very beginning of the case. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.

Unfortunately Ben did not take care of a simple eviction because he was not familiar with the law in that particular County. He did however take and keep the money he asked for up front. Two different times it was pointed out to him that he had not completed necessary paperwork/procedure in order to evict the tenant. They are still in the house and we have still not heard from him and he has not corrected his errors. Still waiting for him to make this right.
