We hired Mr. Fisher because upon consultation he came off responsible and intellectual. He drafted a great response to the opposing attorney's jurisdiction argument. When the case became completely his case he failed to consult with our Texas Lawyer, we explained what we wanted filed in regard to the child custody case, but he has since not responded to numerous emails, telephone calls and all attempts for his assistance. He comes off very disinterested in our case and we feel like while he might be great at drafting if he is motivated to do so he is ineffective at explaining his Clint's case during the hearings to the judge. We feel that if he properly performed his job in communicating the emergency custody situation the judge would not have wasted more time by ordering a mediation which was a waste of time. Meanwhile he doesn't prepare a response in opposition as we requested and sees to understand the favorable factors of our opposing attorneys case better than our case. We have not heard anything from him even after his staff said they would let him know to contact me for over a month even after the opposing attorney demanded he contact me by email!!!! He hides behind the computer and his staff and is not accessible and does not fight for your kids.
