Ben is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and has served twoterms as a member of the firm’s Compensation Committee. Ben haspracticed law for over 30 years and has represented creditors,creditors’ committees, indenture trustees, trustees and foreignrepresentatives as well as individual, partnership and corporatedebtors. He has served as receiver, trustee and examiner in liquidationand reorganization cases under both the Bankruptcy Act and theBankruptcy Code. He has appeared in cases throughout the United Statesand its territories and has an active international practice incross-border insolvency matters.
