About
I provide legal services in the State of Ohio with the bulk of my cases taking place in southeastern Ohio. After three years at Loughry, Buell & Sipe, LLC split between interning and working as an associate attorney, I opened my own firm in Caldwell, Ohio in June 2019. Our firm currently has six employees, including two additional attorneys, two full-time legal assistants, and a seasonal legal intern. My caseload primarily consists of OVI/DUI/DWI Defense. I also handle other various misdemeanors and felonies, as well as child custody, general civil litigation, and estate planning and administration. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, fishing, boating, and traveling.

personally I'd rather not say what I hired Mr. Cross for but I will say that he was great, he is very understanding and I feel like he always has my best interests in mind. I would recommend him to anybody, and I believe if I ever need a lawyer again he's the man im going too.
I hired Mr. Cross for a divorce case which was filed by my now Ex- wife. I was so impressed with his cooperation and education through the hardest times of my life. I truly forgot he was my attorney at times and felt like he was a childhood friend. I know that he took time out of schedule at work and at home to help me through this truly horrible time of my life. Mr. Cross was fair and reasonable in everyway and lead me to the eventual result I could have only dreamed of. I can never thank him enough for his work and time.
