I had high expectations for Barry Gleen with my latest visa since he had been chosen as one of the best lawyers by New York Magazine. I am not certain how they come up with those ratings, but after being in the US more than a decade and having gone through four different visas and multiple renewals, he is hands down the worst immigration lawyer I have ever come across. This person lacks any kind of professionalism or knowledge. He had forgotten our first appointment which should have been a sign to turn to a different lawyer. As the matter was urgent, I went out of my way to gather all of my immigration documents and had it sent to him asap. He made no sign of receiving them or if there was anything missing. After finally reaching him, he said he wont have time to look at it until he comes back from a vacation. The obstacles continued once he arrived, having my papers sent twice to the Florida office for other people to take care of my immigration papers. Long story short, after he finally sent in my visa application, the USCIS came back with a 3 page letter of missing information!!! I am telling you, you are much better off doing the application yourself than wasting your money on this dodo head.
