Mr. Coburn was hired to consult after being arrested for DUI and leaving the scene of an accident. Both charges were upheld even though no alcohol was in system from GW Hospital after arrest and while on the scene there were recordings on 911 of me speaking with the operator and requesting police/assistance on site. The strategy suggested and used by Mr. Coburn was deemed erroneous by the judge and I agreed, however, did agree to go along with Mr. Coburn's counsel because I paid so much for a defense in excess of $40,000 wasted in my opinion.
