He focuses his practice on issues related to the leasing, buying, selling, exchanging, developing and financing of commercial real estate, including loan modifications. A Published Authority on Real Estate and Business Law Attorney Mashian is the author of many informative and scholarly articles on topics related to real estate, including pieces on: A Strong Background in Commercial Law and Litigation Mr. Mashian received his law degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
