While earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Dossani was a member of the wrongful convictions clinic and had the privilege and honor to help Mr. Darryl Pinkins walk out of prison a free man after he was wrongfully convicted of rape and spent twenty-five years in prison for a crime he never commit. Mr. Dossani uses that moment and brings that passion and devotion to his practice each and every day.Rameez has worked in a private practice where he’s represented clients as plaintiff and defense counsel in the areas of family, civil litigation, real estate, construction, criminal law, and criminal appeals. Rameez has successfully litigated a personal injury, dog bite jury trial to a verdict of $176,669 as sole counsel. Additionally, Rameez has represented clients charged with criminal misdemeanor and felony offenses. Furthermore, he has resolved family law issues by completing contracts and agreements; settled, mediated, and brought family law cases to trial. Last, Rameez has recently filed a Post-Conviction Motion for Reduction in Sentence pursuant to Section 404 of the First Step Act in the Northern District of Florida.
