Ms Woods helped a family member with legal issues and was happy and gave me her name. She helped me with a complicated Medicaid issue and getting my mother's affairs in order. She was always accessible, efficient, and always thoughtful about our issues. I'm glad we found her and consider her our only lawyer. Her staff is also very helpful.
Audra Woods provides outstanding service. She is knowledgeable, efficient and immediately makes her clients feel at ease. She helped me set up my Dad's trust, will and power of attorney shortly after my mom passed away. She goes out of her way to explain things in a manner that is easily understood for everyone; especially my elderly father. Both my dad and I feel much better knowing we are in good hands with Audra. I have recommended her to several of my friends who are in the need of a compassionate, caring, and excellent elder law attorney.
Audra helped us sort through many issues involving my very elderly mother. She helped us plan for the time when she would pass and then when we needed to get through the process of wrapping up her estate when it did happen. This is very complicated stuff and she guided us to the right conclusion. Audra did so in what we thought was a very reasonable price. She also advised us on the purchase of a condominium. Can't go wrong with her.
Referred to Audra Woods' office via our financial advisor who had glowing reviews from assisting other clients. Audra dealt with my husband's mother gaining VA benefits that had been previously been denied. She worked with us in protecting her rights and did it in the time frame expected with a government system. She knows her stuff!
When it appeared Mom would required long term assistance, we hired Audra Woods to assist with preparing power of attorney paperwork, protecting Mom's assets, and to quickly qualify her for medicaid. Audra was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and managed to quickly assure Mom was well cared for, assets protected, and medicaid approved. Thank you!
