I cannot imgine having any other attorney! I went through a lot with immigration and different attroneys. She was the only one who genuienly cared about my case and brought my family together. She works hard and upfront. Thank you for all that you did!

MRS. Mosep is the best attorney when it comes to immigration. She brought our family togather back in 2010. I am sure she helped a lot of families get their lives and families back again since she saved mine. I thank her for every day that I spent and will spend with my husband. She deserves the best.

I am a physician from Europe. Came in the US as a political assylee. Hired the best out there, and I mean one of the bests. No names, but when I was going in their offices, there were awards from different institutions and magazines. One of the lawyer used to work for the Immigrations and he " knew the game". I as wveryone was paying upfront, and ended being sent home. Immigration lawyer always, always wants upfront money, 2 or 4 or 5 grands. Then you can pay by monthly. And NO RESULTS. Not because they were not good enough, but because they didnt care. Once I was in Europe, my wife, a US citizen found her through Dearborn organization. We were broke, we couldnt afford anymore expensive attorney's. And she ended up meeting a "college girl". Honesty, I thought I would never see my family again-my wife and my 2 year old princess. God is my witness, this college girl, Mrs Mozep did everything PERFECT. She told my wife, I will bring your husband back, and in 14 months I was back home. Peopel couldnt believe I was back home. Just get this-the US embassy in Vienna told us that they have never seen such a well oganized file, and well prepared case. I am not arabic, I havent seen her for over 4 years already, so I dont benefit from her or anyone else. I am here to say THANK YOU Mrs Mozep, thank you for giving me my family, my entire life back. Now, 4 years latter, I am 3rd year at MSU and I once again will be a physician-and thats all thanks to you. God bless you.

Lawyer Asma helped me with our family immigration matter. After 20 years of my spouse not having legal status, through Her we were finally able to get my spouse's green card. It took almost a year and a half because of all the legal issues, but the one year and a half wait is nothing compared to 20 years. Finally he is legal and our family was not separated.

She assisted us in a family immigration case. She was knowledgable and straight forward with the advice and answers to the questions we had. I always spoke to her and did not have to speak to an assistant or another attorney to answer my questions. She understood the difficult and complex family immigration laws. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied. Thank you for your dedication and helping my family through this process!

I had lost all hope in my fight to get my husband back home. I traved to Mexico to the U.S embassy to ask question and was told to find a lawyer . I spoke with two others and they said there was nothing they could do. Than a mechanic gave me the number to Asma. I made the appointment and she gave me a litle hope she told me excatly what the man at the U.S embassy told me. She found a few mistake that even Senator Levin missed which makes a world of diffiernce in my case. Asma's determenation, drive and compattion for her clients are above words.

I filed for my initial H-1B document and the H-1B adjustment document (from full time to part time) with an immigration lawyer last year. The two processes went relatively smooth. Thinking that this lawyer was someone I could trust, I also started the PERM process with her and had my company pay half of the PERM lawyer fee up front and signed whatever paper that I was required to sign. After she was paid, I noticed that her replies to my emails were slower and some were even neglected. I'm extremely frustrated with her change of behavior as the immigration process is really important to me as it is to every immigrant. I tried emailing her again about 3 days ago with some questions, and she neglected it again. I tried to be as understanding as possible, but I personally think this is ridiculous and I'm getting very upset. She is the only person that works at the office and she has no paralegals or office staff. So I always have to talk to her directly for everything. Today, I actually emailed her with another email account pretending I'm someone else interested in the H-1B process, and I received a reply from her within 40 minutes. So I know she's neglecting my emails on purpose. I'm not sure if she just doesn't take care of her "paid" clients or she just has something personal against me for whatever reason. (I was always respectful to her in every way so I don't believe it's something I did) Since I signed the paper which states that I have to pay for a large termination fee if I were to request termination of contract for whatever reason, I can't just hire a new lawyer either. What would be a good approach to resolve this situation? I thought about talking to her directly face-to-face and let her know how upset I'm about her change of behavior (which she may charge me for her time) but I don't want her to screw with my immigration documents at the same time.
