About
I represent mothers and fathers regarding divorces, paternity, child custody, child support, parenting time, relocation, emancipation, and a variety of other family law issues. I am trained as a collaborative family law attorney. The collaborative family law process is a unique, forward-thinking process used in family law cases. Its primary focus is peaceful, fair solutions rather than the traditional litigation based approach. This process can be extremely useful for divorcing couples with children who strive for a peaceful co-parent relationship instead of a conflict-centered divorce. I am a member of the family law section and the new lawyers section of the Allen County Bar Association. My husband and I are foster parents and the proud parents of two adopted children.

Great communication, never felt just trying to "rack up" time, direct with responses, great guidance, etc. all around great job!
Ashley is an excellent attorney who is very effective in divorce and custody issues. She is honest, fair and is always looking out for her clients best interest. She communicates quickly and effectively. I have recommended her to several people and will continue to do so in the future!
I was referred to Ashley from a friend. I needed to obtain counsel during child custody and support battles, Ashley was great to deal with. She was upfront, had my interest and the best interest of children in every decision. I would recommend Ashley to anyone and I refer her on a regular basis. She has the ability to take a difficult process, and make sense out of it and be helpful.
I had Ashley represent me in a custody case. She did not do a good job. I never felt she was on my side. I felt it was strictly about money and none of my billing was correct, even the dates were wrong. I finally had enough when she more or less called me a liar.
She was my first attorney when going through a contentious divorce. She was also my first mistake. I lost custody of my kids to an abusive spouse with a long paper trail of anger management classes. I would have been better without her.
