Ashley represents workers in discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases under state and federal law. She has successfully represented workers all the way through jury trial.During high school and college, Ashley worked at her family’s restaurant. This experience helped her understand the importance of workplace laws. After graduating law school, Ashley clerked for a judge in Jackson County, Missouri. Ashley began private practice in 2016.Ashley has twice been recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star.” She is a Member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Women Lawyers of Greater Kansas City. She is also a Member of the Board of Directors for the UMKC School of Law Alumni Association and is Co-Chair of the UMKC School of Law’s Young Alumni Group.Ashley graduated magna cum laude from UMKC School of Law in 2014 and summa cum laude from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2011.
