Ms. Dunham is a smart attorney. She is responsive, professional, I was helped in a very unfair situation bc of her counsel and representation, and (finally) being low income due to the pandemic, in my particular situation, I greatly appreciated her working with me on fees.
Myself and my wife contacted Ashlee's law firm for assistance with a refinance of our home. After an initial phone call we meet her for a quick discussion and then decided to proceed with her help. Was pretty standard work, for people in the industry, but not for me. Especially as this was the first time I had ever worked thru the re-fi process completely on-line . I used Ashlee as a sounding board for all the contractual work that had to be done. She made herself available to us every time we had questions, and anytime time contract paperwork needed to be reviewed. Electronically we were able to get her notes on each of the principal documents before signing. This was truly a help for us to be confident in assessing whether we were going to proceed or not. Ashlee, was an excellent resource for us to obtain our new home loan – available, professional, and thorough.
