Arturo Rodriguez was very dis-organized when handling my case. During our meetings, he was often unprepared, never went directly to the points nor answered my questions in a concise and clear fashion. He had a lot of stories to tell. Often I found he talked for 10~20 minutes and had not answered my questions. Surely I found my legal bills kept growing but no issue was resolved. He made quite some mistakes too. He would never admit it but gave you a lot of answers and never really answered your questions. It was a worst of time.

I found myself reminding Arturo of upcoming court dates in my divorce proceedings. He asked for cash upfront, and then several times thereafter which he accepted without giving me an invoice or receipt of payment. He was negligent in keeping me informed on the status of my divorce, and then slammed me with a $2000+ bill (with "late fee") nearly a year after the divorce was settled. He did not EVER notify my that an outstanding balance was due, nor did he provide an itemized list of what he was charging me for. I would never hire him again and I would not recommend him to anyone.
