I hired him because he came highly recommended. Will not do anything unless you pay him up-front. Very very confusing. Does not explain anything clearly. He let the opposing lawyer walk all over me and simply settled. He lost steam after the 1st year. He works for himself and not for the client. Just because he has over 40 years of experience, does not mean he is good. It actually means that he is stale and worn out and is in a hurry to wrap things up. Because of the number of years, he has worked in the area, he is best buddies with most of the older lawyers. Please do not go to him. I can’t emphasize enough that if you are not fully invested in your own case, he will do nothing. He appears very attentive, but it is just a ploy. He will return all your calls. Never responds directly via email. But every conversation leaves you more confused. He uses legal language and does not break it down to plain English. There are so many better lawyers in the area. Please DO NOT hire him.
