Mr. Mcgreevy was a excellent attorney for me and did exactly what he said he would do at every step of the way. My life was in Arthur's hands and he rescued me! I have a lengthy record but in this case I was in the place at the wrong time and Arthur had understanding and some empathy with the situation I was in. Also he was very reasonable in pricing and patient with payments. All around I was pleased and comfortable with his performance. I think he not only a great lawyer but also a good man! If you need a attorney that is gonna work hard and be straight with you Arthur is your guy!

I got an ad from Arthur's Office in the mail with an overview of his credentials & contact information, which I thought were intriguing enough to look into. I discovered that he spent 10 yrs (I think) on the other end (working as State's Atty), and took that wealth of knowledge and contacts out on his own to start his own practice. I liked what I read about him & decided to call him for a free consultation. Glad I did! I felt immediately relieved when I initially spoke to Arthur as it was clear that his knowledge of the system and law were superior, as he give me a high level overview in order to level set my expectations, as well as relieve some stress and anxiety that began to build up as a result of my confusion regarding the charges levied against me. In fact, he was so reassuring that I believe I retained him on the spot, solely based off our conversation that day, and I can say that is COMPLETELY out of character for me, especially considering the severity of the charges. Anyone who's been in trouble before, knows you cant trust just anyone, as this is your life that they essentially have in their hands, and your future wellbeing, freedom and livelihood are solely dependent on their ability to perform their job. Arthur did NOT disappoint!! It seemed as if things were just progressively getting worse, as what started out as simple traffic tickets, snowballed into Felony charges, which I found out when police officers showed up at my house with an arrest warrant for me, and I was lucky enough to spend all 4 days of Labor Day weekend incarcerated! The 1st test Arthur passed for me was getting me out of the Detention Facility that following Tuesday. While sitting in the common area waiting to see the pretrial folks, the pretrial lady said that in all her years she has never seen anyone in my situation get released. To elaborate, I live in AACo, and the case was being tried in Balt Co., she said that she's never seen a judge release anyone in my situation, & I should get ready to head up the road. I was Devastated. Once I was called to get in front of the judge, the States Attorney and pretrial were both advocating for me to remain in jail. It was all up to my attorney at this point to get me out. Full disclosure, I found out the day before that Arthur was unavailable as he was due in court, but he would thoroughly prep someone he trusts that would fill in. 1st Test = Passed! Arthur did an amazing job of last minute coaching as his guy arrived and got me out that day! I was ecstatic, to say the least. If Arthur didn't take the time to find a replacement and adequately prep him, I'm certain I'd have gone up the road. This was all done in less than 24 hrs too, proving genuine concern for his clients. 2nd test was plotting out a viable attack plan. Once we had Discovery, Arthur was able to layout multiple scenarios of what he perceived would happen including contingencies. From there it was up to me to determine which plan made the most sense, and then simply go with it. It scared me that I was charged with crimes I didn't commit, & because perception is often reality, we had a seemingly impossible task to overcome as I had 10/11 charges, the most serious was a felony with 25 yrs. Not the norm for me, I was very depressed, anxiety ridden & lost my job when they discovered I spent labor day in jail. My wife, daughter, family and Arthur were what kept me afloat. The week of trial Arthur meet with the St's Atty & magically got the Felony dropped, & a deal cut. He understood from day 1 what outcome I wanted & worked hard for me to get it. He saved me. He was readily available & communicative through the 6 month ordeal. In fact he cared so much about me & my families wellbeing that he made me feel like a brother, not a criminal. I'm not saying we are going out for beers after work, or getting together for Easter dinner, but if you're looking for a hard working, trustworthy, knowledgeable, representation look no further!!
