Ariel is licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia. Ariel created Hedgepeth Law P.L.L.C. in 2018 and handles family law, criminal law, and tax law cases. Ariel Hedgepeth is a graduate of Western Carolina University.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology which laid the foundation for her Juris Doctorate experience at North Carolina Central University. Ariel is a member of the Pine Ridge Indian Tribe in Pine Ridge, South Dakota.
