Ariel and his firm have been working with my father for the past 15 years. My father had a deportation order which if anyone knows about immigration law, is an immensely difficult order to overturn. Ariel and his firm never gave up on our case even when it seemed practically impossible to attain legal residency. Thanks to certain events in my mother's and father's lives and the firm's critical thinking, my father was able to overturn his deportation order and gain his legal stay after over 20 years of battle with USCIS. I will forever be grateful to Ariel and his firm for never giving up on our case and paving my father's path to citizenship.
Ariel helped me apply for Deferred Action for Childhood arrivals several times. He has also successfully consulted my family and I on our immigration status options. He is very reliable, trustworthy and communicates well. He is always looking for more ways to help the community. I highly recommend him for your immigration needs.
When I came to Mr. Alarcon I was attempting to get my American citizenship. Being from Cuba it should have been an easy process but it was complicated by a 30 year old felony conviction. Mr. Alarcon and his firm worked very hard to find resolutions for my case and am happy to announce that today I am an American citizen. Ariel took a personal interest that made me feel comfortable during a very difficult time. I am forever grateful to Ariel Alarcon and his firm, Dryer, Dryer & Alacon PC
Mr. Alarcon is a creative, dedicated, and effective attorney. My father's path to citizenship had a few roadblocks in the way than many other attorneys declined to even attempt to overcome. Mr. Alarcon approached every issue methodically and left no stone unturned until he felt like we had a reasonable path forward. He spent a lot of time making sure we were all well aware of the process as a whole and all possible issues. Even still, I was still in a bit of disbelief sitting at the naturalization ceremony. He changed our lives for the better. Even if things didn't work out as well as it did, I would've walked away confident that everything that could've been done was done. He is an amazing attorney. Highly recommended.
