McLean Law Firm, PLC is focused on working with immigrants who are facing a variety of legal challenges. Because Ms. McLean went through the immigration process herself, she understands the uncertainties and challenges faced by this population, whatever their country of origin. She believes that part of her obligation as someone who successfully navigated this complex and sometimes frustrating process is paying it forward. As a result of her experiences, she is deeply devoted to aiding the immigrant/international community. Ms. McLean earned her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She studied in Japan for three years as part of her undergraduate work; as a result, she speaks fluent Japanese. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. While in law school she extended her passion for immigration law by participating in the Immigration Law Clinic where she worked with children asylum seekers. Her areas of practice include immigration-related issues such as deportation, adjustment of status, bond hearings in Eloy, Florence and elsewhere, consular processing, waiver assistance, deferred action and immigration appeals. She has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) since 2010 and is also a member of the State Bar of Arizona Immigration and Criminal Sections.

I found the McLean law firm through a friend who recommended them. Anya and her paralegal helper Ivanna were great help they understood my situation and were determined on helping me, they gave me the secure I needed that my situation was going to be solved. I am glad I chose them as my lawyers. Thank you.
She is very knowledgeable in the immigration field and it was easy to be with her during my process.
Anya and team were very negligent to my case. She always had an excuse of why she either a) didnt go to court or was late b) paperwork was always in transit no response from immigration. Waste of time and money. Too bad i didnt realize till the end of the contract and most of the money was already deposited to her!!!!!!!!!!
Please save your money and do not come to Anya McLean for your immigration law needs. Through the process she was vague regarding information, demanded more and more money before providing any proof of process or progress with the case. In the end, her law firm never completed their contracted obligations and we weren't made aware until it was too late to pursue alternatives. They kept the money and requested that the defendant do not appeal because in the appeal process they would see that McLean law firm was negligent in this case.
