As a transplant from the east coast, I was dismayed by the fact that there are typically no attorneys involved in a California real estate transaction.  I blend my litigation, zoning/land use, and project management experience to provide an advocacy-based model to my work as real estate broker representing residential and commercial sellers and buyers in Los Angeles.
