The best part about Tony though is he only aggressive when he needs to be. He never started the battles and would always try to find a reasonable solution first, but he always made sure I was not getting trampled. Tony was also very good about pushing back on me when I was being unreasonable or overly emotional. He was good about helping me focus on what mattered and not getting hung up on things that really bothered me, but weren't financially worth arguing over. I highly recommend Tony, especially after seeing how things went with an attorney who wasn't willing to fight for me.
