Mr. Pantera has been my counsel for several years. While he has a few specialties, it is his common sense and ability to communicate that really sets him apart. I always consult him on every major business decision and have been enlightened every time. I highly recommend Mr. Pantera.
Mr. Pantera has represented me since 2009 in my very high conflict divorce and persuant child custody cases. I have been told by a couple of other attonrneys that my case is one of the most high conflict complicated cases they have seen. Although at times my "wins" seemed incremental, Mr. Pantera was a steady hand. Over the years I've seen Mr. Pantera develop and fine tune his skills. He's a straight shooter, detail oriented, knowledgeable, professional, and is interested in not only protecting your rights as a parent but ensuring that you get a fair shakedown through the process. Mr. Pantera has brought me from a situation where I had no custody rights to my children with only supervised visitation every-other weekend for a couple of hours, to joint legal and physical custody with a very fair visitation schedule. Through his solid legal advice I have been kept clear of several false allegations by my ex as well. When my ex was refusing to give me my court ordered visitation, Mr. Pantera also was on the front line for me to bring about justice. He helped me file the appropriate contempt charges, and got a win for me there too. My ex was found guilty on all 9 counts. Currently, Mr. Pantera has me positioned to possibly get even more time with my kids, pending the outcome of our current custody modification. Although it has been a hell of a process, I'm very grateful I had a good lawyer in my corner who really cares about my case, cares about seeing me exersice my rights to my kids, and didn't just see me as a paycheck. What I'm describing here is just the very tip of the iceberg. Good lawyers aren't cheap. You get what you pay for. Mr. Pantera is worth every penny. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking help with a divorce or custody issue.
Tony and his staff have been great to work with. Very knowledgeable. Make sure I understand the process, answers my questions so I can understand the information. Great response time. Any questions or concerns I have he gets back to me very quickly. Makes the process as easy as it can be. Fights hard for what is right! I would recommend Tony for all your legal needs!!
Tony pantera has been my lawyer over the course of 5 years and never once have I had an issue with a lack of response or making sure that paperwork is done in a timely manner. Tony has always come through for me and made sure that he did everything in his power to get me what was fair, and has always been honest, trustworthy, and save me money wherever he could. Tony is one of those people that instantly make you feel at ease and give you the ability to see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Even through switching law offices tony didn't even skip a beat while working on my case. If you want a lawyer that feels like you have a friend on your side than I say tony pantera all the way!
Anthony "Tony" Pantera is hands-down the WORST lawyer in the entire Treasure Valley. Period. Tony did not work in his clients best interest and did not advise when changes were added to paperwork outside of what I'd requested and agreed upon in mediation. There were so many paralegal / attorney mistakes and errors in the paperwork going back and forth it was impossible to stay on top of them all. I was so focused on getting the chance to spend more time with my kids that I didn't catch all the other changes that were made. It was my understanding that was why I hired an attorney who knew the law and would work in my kids and my best interest. Once the retainer fee was paid, the attention to detail stopped. Returning calls and emails were delayed. Despite providing details of the desired changes in Word.doc format there were ALWAYS errors with dates and other critical details of the modification. Each error / correction caused by the paralegal and/or attorney was added as billable time. I have emailed the attorney, Tony Pantera, directly and he claims no responsibility. He says he advised me of all the changes and what they meant, he did not. During the modification he changed offices and began double billing me. Although the bill was paid in full, I continue to receive bills from his new office stating there is an outstanding balance. I have called his new office to inquire about the bill I keep receiving and still haven't been provided any details about where the new charges came from. Save yourself a HUGE headache and AVOID ANTHONY "Tony" PANTERA AT ALL COSTS.
