On behalf of my family, I would like to express our complete and sincere satisfaction with Atty. Anthony Musto and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a truly professional and educated attorney. Our mother passed away in 2014 and Atty. Anthony Musto was retained to administer and litigate her Last Will. And because her Will was contested, this became an extremely difficult and unpleasant process, a process that prompted numerous probate hearings over a period of one and one half years. Atty. Musto was an outstanding administrator while litigating her Last Will and representing us through the Probate system and court hearings. He took a heartfelt approach throughout the process providing continued guidance and expertise. He was very professional, legally knowledgeable and truly dedicated every step of the way. During every phase Atty. Musto's tremendous efforts, his attention to detail, close communication, timely and very prompt responses FAR SURPASSED OUR EXPECTATIONS. The end result .... SUCCESS ! The Probate Judge ruled in our FAVOR. Atty. Musto's knowledge and dedication to his profession left me SO IMPRESSED that just recently, I consulted him on estate planning and executing my Last Will. IT IS WITH SINCERE CONFIDENCE THAT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATTY. ANTHONY MUSTO !!!
I highly recommend Attorney Musto as a divorce and separation lawyer. He is a skilled advocate and negotiator. I felt like he really was looking out not only for my best interest but also my children's best interest. His experience with cases that are hard and involve custody issues is vast, and he is able to calmly look at the situation and propose what is best for the children. He is even-tempered, he doesn't loose his cool in situations where he easily could've had. He maintains an even and reassuring disposition. Many times he gave me sound advice and calmed me down when things were difficult, and very stressful. Countless times he personally answered my calls to encourage me and help me to think more clearly. He is sharp and articulate, not once I felt that I left a meeting where I didn't understand what was going on, he made sure to clearly explain in details as the process unfolded. He is knowledgeable beyond his expertise and usually if there's something he doesn't know he will say that he will research and get back to you. It has been few years since I got divorced and Attorney Musto continues to represent me when I need his legal advice. I know that I can go to him with any legal matter because he is honest and if he can't help me, he will recommend someone. One of the things I admire about Attorney Musto is his honesty, he is trustworthy and dedicated to help ease the gruesome process that could be involved in the divorce. He is determined to get the best interest of his client through an honest way, no playing games with other attorneys. He also wants to make sure that whatever you are agreeing with now, you will be satisfied with that decision in the future. It was something that he really pressed on and I truly appreciate. He has great moral values and work ethics. Being caring, compassionate, and tactful throughout the hard process that involves a divorce, are also some of the qualities that make Attorney Musto an exceptional lawyer.
Let me start by saying that I do a LOT of research. When I shop for car insurance, I talk with the owner of my favorite auto body repair shop and ask him which insurance companies are the best to fix a substantial car repair. I have contacted/engaged about 6-7 attorneys over many years regarding my separation and subsequent divorce. I tried the most expensive recommendation because you would think that high price = great attorney. Definitely not; very little correlation. At best she was... OK, her secretary always asked if I wanted coffee or bottled water when I came to the office but she charged me for every paper clip, copy, staple and minute we spoke many times about small talk of our kids. One lawyer in particular, charged me $5,000+ for a simple business agreement document that I probably could have gotten from Legal Zoom for about $300. I was always afraid to use a very inexpensive or new attorney so I have no experience there. Attorney Musto is most reasonable not because he is less per hour; he's not. But he is a problem solver. He is seeking closure. He does not want to play games with your spouse/their attorney either. If you are looking for someone to aggravate your spouse, he's not your guy. He wants to finish your case and is the most competent, thorough, conservative and ethical man you will meet. No, I am not a relative; just a grateful client who was helped through a disaster and understands what some people go through. Attorney Musto also represented me on a home purchase during the course of my divorce. I was closing on a new home and he would not let me go forth on my mortgage contract because it had a clause which I was suppose to disclose any pending lawsuits even though the pending lawsuit was bogus. This messed me up by delaying things for a month or two but it turned out perfectly. Yes...being honest and upholding the law does mean more to a good lawyer than anything else, even your case. He promptly and personally returns calls or emails. He is a bit "type A" and his knowledge of the law is generally excellent and what he does not immediately know...he will research. He had gotten one ruling which was not in my favor overturned to my benefit. Lucky maybe... I was lucky to find this guy...
