About
Since joining the Irpino Law Firm in 2009, my practice has concentrated on solving complex personal injury and class action cases. My law degree is from Loyola University New Orleans, College of Law, where I received invitations to join the Maritime Law Journal, the Journal of Public Interest Law, and the Law and Technology Journal. I was honored to participate in Street Law, a course of study that brings practical application of the law to high school students, focusing on a school for students with learning differences. In my year of law school, was selected to serve as a law clerk with the United States Department of Homeland Security, Immigration Customs and Enforcement. I began my legal career at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Federal Circuit, where as a case manager, I handled approx. 2,500 cases annually, concentrating on all aspects of the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. My extensive experience while at the Fifth Circuit included cases involving the former Immigration and Naturalization Service, the United States Tax Court, National Labor Relations Board, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Federal Communications Commission, Federal Aviation Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, and the Benefits Review Board. Like everyone at Irpino Law Firm, I have been inspired and determined to rebuild New Orleans better than ever. In 2007, I was awareded the Gillis Long Poverty Law Center Award in recognition of efforts to rescue and save homeless animals after Hurricane Katrina. This award is presented to members of the law community who exemplify service to those in need outside of a normal workday.
