Attorney Ann Rogers is very knowledgeable and honest. She gets right to the heart of the matter and she has a great sense of humor. Her daughter, who is also an attorney, is very, very nice and really down to earth. Both Ann and her daughter spoke to me like I was (gasp!), a human being! They were both very nice and so pleasant. I always judge people by their handshake and they both have a firm handshake, especially Ann’s daughter. Attorneys make us all uncomfortable but I can vouch for Ann Rogers and her daughter. It was like visiting with a favorite family member. She made me feel very comfortable and I am very impressed by her knowledge and her compassion. It is very rare to find an Attorney with a heart. It is true, you get what you pay for. Ms. Rogers was inexpensive. However, she totally failed me during the mediation process, she was not aggressive enough to demand to from the other lawyer the papers we needed and other matters which she did not address throughout the prep for the divorce. There is a lack of professionalize in her correspondence, communication with clients and her office is totally unkempt. If you have NOTHING to lose and are broke, then she may be the lawyer for you. I had much to lose and I did.
