About

 I have over 25 years of experience spread across large law firm, in-house, and start-up environments encompassing for-profit, and not-for-profit sectors, reviewing, drafting, advising and providing outside general counsel services on a broad spectrum of business, employment, corporate, finance, compliance, IP and securities law transactions.  Yet, this is not why my clients often comment “You are not like any lawyer I have worked with” or “We need more lawyers like you.”  The work I do for clients is the same work other lawyers do.  Plus an added perspective gained from my graduate studies, work as a clinical social worker and training in team building, mediation and natural aptitude profiling to see beyond the legal details. I prefer to focus on a limited number of clients so I can integrate my services as a regular onsite and/or on-call legal resource.  I draw from both my legal experience and skills and systemic perspective to handle typical corporate legal issues across the various intersecting areas of law and offer innovative solutions in the context of the entire organization’s goals, objectives and current challenges.
