My review begins with meeting Annette .She right away stereotyped me as somone I wasnt .However , I just lost a child due to autoimmune disease and my other child now 11 was taken from me in one day . I had fully custody over both .I still to this day do not have any bad standing with Cps As I have closed four cases since this happened .Cps accused me of murdering my child .They would not collect her medical records . I fought against cps to keep my eleven year old in my life.It was long and little by little turned me into a shell. Even when the report came back in that she was sick , they still said murder .The casa cps adlitum and Avas dad and grandmother . I raised my daughter for 6 years alone until that day. After two years of cps and constant court and money I still had to next fight her father.I didnt have money left being spent in court and visitations .I had to rely on my dad .He got the first attorney we met .Annette Henry disposition towards me was cold .I feel that since my daughters father seemed stable to her she pushed for me to have supervised visits with my daughter even after I completed like almost two years paying $ 500 a month to see my daughter 8 hours .This was humilating for me and my daughter. She also didnt seem to mind my daughters father was the opening envelope of cps.However I still had to fight to get another attorney to help me with joint custody finalized.At the end of my trial which was grueling and painful. Annette allowed my daughters father and his mother to slander me but used a different name for it so it was admitted .I dont feel she did her job.I feel she was over paid to do a job to even further progress for me and my child .I was stereotyped and talked to like I was not a human.
