She most enjoys complex business valuations, determining the income of spouses who try to hide money or assets, and navigating difficult jurisdictional issues.Among her recent victories, Anne was able to obtain a judgment where the court found a spouse could not shirk his support duties to his wife and family and awarded support after imputing an income to him; successfully defended an appeal of a protective order she obtained on behalf of a client and his children; and obtained an interim order guaranteeing that a client and her children received substantial support while awaiting a divorce trial.
