Thank you Anne for advising me about attempted motion on misspelling and my wife being left off of the counterclaim. I was about to make a fool of myself I'm sure Avvo is the best for us unknowledgeable people

Thank you for your response to my question, I was discourage that I might not be able to find a way to collect, All three answers I got where very helpful and your answer has given me an excellent advice to seek professional help in settling this dilemma.

I was very satisfied with her knowledge of law and steps that should be taken in a civil suit. Extremely professional and compassionate along with her staff at the office. I am very grateful for her assistance and would not hesitate to seek her as my council in the future. When you are in litigation its important to feel that the lawyer you choose will do their best for you with honesty, integrity and that they know what they are speaking about. I'm glad I found that with Anne. Mrs.Scottland

I highly recommend Anne Brady. I was fortunate to have met Anne who worked on my litigation case. She was very professional and went out of her way to handle my case thoroughly and efficiently. I felt very confident in my case with Anne by my side.

I've had the privilege to meet and work with both Rich and Anne Brady. They are funny, kind people with a high level of professionalism. I recently retained Anne to represent me in a civil lawsuit. She was down to earth, reasonable, and easily attainable. There is nothing worse than hiring an attorney and never being able to get through to them. Anne responds to emails in a reasonable time period, takes calls, and returns calls. The best part is that Anne secured a victory for me along with a settlement. Thanks, Anne!

I requested whether Anne Brady had any conflict of Interest by knowledge, dealings with the US Atty. Office she said no twice. I flew in hundreds of dallors, paid her and all along she worked with the State Appeals Court. She constantly and continuously having interned with the same paeties very deceptive. I ask for my money she gave me a long drawn out excuse!

I was looking to become I client but like everyone had a few questions before I moved forward. I had posted a few questions on here for her that went unanswered and are currently still unanswered, its been over three weeks. Being a long time office official I don't except things that go beyond three days without some sort of reply. The unprofessional-ism that was used made me look elsewhere. If she can't reply with she is busy, unsure of the answers and needs time or even an answer then I feel she will stall my case which I am looking for a fast outcome or at least an effort.

This attorney called me less than 24 hours after we ( husband & I-who are both RN's) signed her representation agreement saying "...I can't/won't work this way" She was very angry about my posting a simple question on AVVO yesterday evening after we consulted with her. She said I was "second guessing" her and said she had answered this question during our meeting yesterday. She accused me of posting my question so I could "..prove her wrong" We were laughing and had a positive meeting yesterday-where did all her anger stem from??? The AVVO question was about suing the former employer who made false allegations / complaints to our Nursing Board causing us to be unable to work as nurses. We have proof the former employer lied. The former employer has a history of fraud, forgery and misrepresenting herself as an attorney. Since the complaints on our licenses have nothing to do with patient care/no drugs/no alcohol-we seem to be low priority. The investigation has just begun but the complaints were filed in 2012. Unable to work as nurses has devastated us financially-which Anne was well aware. Anne Brady refused to represent us today because she was angry that we posted a question on AVVO? We like to be proactive and we have done research on the Internet in an effort to help our case and to save $. We asked alot of questions yesterday which seemed to annoy her today (but not yesterday). We brought in some articles (written by AZ attorneys) yesterday during our meeting with her to show her, thinking the articles may be helpful to our case . She never mentioned she was angry while speaking with us yesterday but she angrily made reference to those articles and our research this morning and said we should represent ourselves. Our case is extremely emotional for my husband and myself. Anne said we were looking for another lawyer on AVVO just because I posted my question? We were feeling so good about her yesterday when we left her office. We thought our meeting was positive and went well. Surprised today by a total shift in her personality. Yesterday, she even gave me a link to a website to research other cases that may help us. But today she said she told me to stay off the internet. Why then did she give me a link to look up cases ? Her personality flipped from signing us on as clients yesterday but seeing we posted a question made her drop us? The tears I cried today from my confusion over this was unfair and unprofessional to do to any client Her personality seems to change drastically-so nice yesterday when we were signing up with her ....but today? -Wow!! very unprofessional and Bizarre in our opinion If we could give less than one star-we would!
