I hired Anne to do some estate planning for my parents. The advice she gave them was totally opposite from everything I had been told by other attorneys while doing my own estate planning. I asked her to clarify some thing and she became flippant and condescending. My parents didn't want to go through another consultation so we ended up using her. I was extremely dissatisfied with the end product and would absolutely never use her again. On a side note, when we first showed up for the appointment, I honestly thought she was the cleaning lady for the office. It's hard to trust someone with all of your legal needs when they look like they couldn't be bothered to even change out of their at home lounge around clothes for work.

Not prepared to represent in routine custody case. Ann met with judge and apposing counsel in initial closed door session BEFORE case and agreed to all of the terms we'd spent months preparing to address. Outcome could have been what was in best interest of kids if only she'd let me know up front that she just didn't have the ability to prepare for and represent basic custody case.
