I got my asylum approved without a hearing! After interviewing several attorneys, I felt that Anna Tsibel is the best attorney to represent me in court. Her office was very efficient, they prepared everything for the court extremely quickly, including missing translations, and I was scheduled for my individual court hearing 5 months after everything was filed. But I did not even have to testify, because the government said that my case is so well-prepared that they agree to grant me the asylum. It was still very scary to appear in front of the judge in court, but the judge did not ask me any questions about my case, and told us that everything is approved.
