I am a pragmatic litigator who works with clients to solve business problems of all sizes. I have experience as lead trial counsel and as assistant trial counsel in large, complex matters.  I particularly enjoy getting to know my clients' businesses and employees while developing themes and strategies for trial.In addition to my litigation practice, I advise corporate policyholders on the scope and availability of insurance coverage, the presentation of insurance claims, and the negotiation of settlements with insurance companies.A leading Pacific Northwest law firm, Tonkon Torp is one of the largest firms headquartered in Oregon, with over 80 lawyers dedicated to a sophisticated business practice.
