Anna has worked with elders and persons with special needs, helping to create legal plans and strategies to maintain independence and access appropriate care. She also drafts estate plans for parents of minor children and children with ongoing needs. Anna authored Pennsylvania’s law treatise on special needsplanning, “PA Special Needs Planning: A Handbook for Attorneys and Trustees of Special Needs Trusts.” She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee.
